Türkiye Scholarships is a government-funded, competitive scholarship program, awarded to outstanding students and researchers to pursue full-time or short-term program at the top universities in Turkey.

Türkiye Scholarships applications for 2021 will be received in one period, and applications will be open between 10th January- 20th February 2021 for international students from all countries.

2018 Turkey Scholarship applications for Angola, Argentina, Australia, Botswana, Brazil, South Africa, South Korea, Kenya, Colombia, Costa Rica, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Paraguay, Peru, Rwanda, Singapore, Chile, Thailand, Uganda, Uruguay , New Zealand, Zambia and Zimbabwe will be taken between 1-30 Nowember 2017.
Applications will be open to candidates who wish to study for bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and doctorate.
Application dates of other countries will be announced later.
Application will be made only from www.turkiyeburslari.gov.tr address. Candidates will enter and submit the requested information and documents from the application system.
Applications made by hand or by post will not be accepted.

Are there any authorized persons or institutions related to applications?
There is no institution or person authorized relevant to Turkey Scholarships application. Candidates must submit their application personally www.turkiyeburslari.gov.tr address. Candidates are strongly advised to read the instructions and warnings in the application system carefully.
Is there an age limitation in applications?
Applicants must apply 21 for a Bachelor’s degree, 30 for a master’s degree, and no more than 35 years for a PhD.
Is it necessary to graduate to apply?
Applicants to scholarships for Turkey, must be graduates of the educational institution or graduate from the end of the academic year.
Are there mandatory documents in the application?
In the application system, the universities and departments that can be preferred are SAT, TOEFL, DELF, YDS and so on. The applicants who do not have the required documents cannot be evaluated.
How will the applications be evaluated?
In the evaluation of the applications, the candidates’ eligibility for the application criteria and their academic and social achievements will be taken into consideration.
Can candidates choose any department they want?
The universities and departments to be preferred by the candidates will be faced automatically according to the educational infrastructures in the application system.
