YTB Turkey Internship Program was initiated in 2016 in order to strengthen the social, cultural and economic ties of our youth who continue their education abroad, recognize the institutions and organizations of our country while also making career planning and increase Turkish proficiency.
Applications for the program to be held for the third time this year will be taken as of February 1, 2018 and the successful candidates will be placed in one of the appropriate public institutions and will have the right to internship for four weeks in July, September or January.
During the internship, accommodation expenses of the students will be covered by YTB and educational and cultural programs will be organized for students. Transportation costs will be covered by the candidates.
A. APPLICATION CONDITIONS
The application requirements are as follows:
- T.R. citizen or Blue Card owner,
- To continue to higher education abroad (Undergraduate and Graduate) or to graduate from the undergraduate program in 2017 at the latest,
- Completing secondary education abroad,
- Being born between 1991-1999.
Which countries will be accepted to the program?
Applications mainly from the USA, Germany, Austria, Australia, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Finland, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Canada and Norway will be evaluated.
What dates will the internships take place?
Programs:
I. period between July 4 – July 27, 2018, four weeks,
II. period weeks between September 03 and September 28, 2018,
III. period will be held between January 07 – February 1, 2019 in four weeks.
B. PRIORITY STUDENTS
Priority will be given to students who meet the following requirements during the application process:
- Not having to do an internship in Turkey before,
- To know the level of Turkish to carry out the internship process in a healthy way (If necessary interview will be done),,
- Academic success
